Location not far from restaurants. For shots visit Harry's Ski Bar, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. Great breakfast and excellent food selection...

Everything was simply really good. Really enjoyed my very special stay during our 6 nights. The location was incredibly comfortable for me as it was not far from desert, the Albana Real and all the top ski areas. It also was to the "Wellness " area.

The hotel has a magnificent location within a short walk to top ski areas, shops, and the church marking the end of Zermatt's main street. the accommodations are of high standard and spacious, complete with coffee/tea making equipment and glassware.

Hotel was very idyllic and rooms were comfortable. Location was good what comes to ski buses and city center. Transfer from train station was well organized, but no mention about the price earlier than in the invoice. :( Breakfast was good. Nice hotel in overall!

Minibar was charged unnecessarily, due to fact that we used it for our own refreshments as well. :(

The location was stunning, just next door to the downtown area, the restaurants and the magnificent mountain. Moreover, the hotel was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Stellisee👌

Had a fantastic stay here and no complaints at all. the room was modern and well-maintained, plus it had an amazing view of the mountain! 🌄 Can't wait to come back next time!

It's a QUAINT trendy boutique hotel nestled in a classic style building. The superior queen room is well-kept and has coffee/tea making equipment, a multi-channel television, and a seating area. The venue is set in a particularly good and perfect location so close to the Japanese restaurant, and the ski lift.

The rooms! The bar down stears is also very nice.

The spa area could have been bigger.

The hotel's location is fantastic, near the ski lifts and town center. I was delighted with the Comfort King room and the stunning view of the Matterhorn. the "Wellness" area was wonderful.

Two good restaurants as part of the hotel. Indoor smoking room for those who are addicted - better than shivering outside. Lovely location - free transport to from and to the station. Excellent and helpful staff.

Beautiful location in a convenient area, close to skiing, with a private restaurant; the staff is very friendly.

I did not like the fact that I booked a Junior Suite based on the photograph on your website. On arrival the Suite was very different, and sub¨standard. I explained this to reception staff who told me thez have 5 Junior Suites, but only one matches up to photograph on your website, which is a constant embarrassment to the staff. However, we downgraded to a superior room which was fine for us.
